Nursery Administrator

Salary: £30,288 to £33,987 FTE

Term Time plus One week. (35 Hours a Week: 8.15am – 3.45pm)

 A vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic and well-organised Nursery Administrator to start as soon as possible. The post is based in Thomas Wall Nursery School. The successful candidate will be committed to working in partnership with the staff, children and families in providing an efficient and professional administrative service. Our Federation comprises a nursery and a three-form entry Infants school.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

• Providing a welcoming, effective service to families, visitors to the Nursery School, staff and children.

• The management of school admissions.

• The Management of the Federation website

• Assisting the Deputy Headteacher

• Answering routine telephone calls and supporting effective administration for staff.

• Assisting with first aid/welfare duties, looking after sick pupils, liaising with parents/staff.
