Making a Complaint


The aims of the Federation emphasise that the school will support children to develop and achieve their full potential in a safe, secure and caring environment.


Where parents consider that this is not the case, they have the right to make a complaint to the Headteacher in the first instance and then members of the Governing body. Governors will consult with the Headteacher or member of the SMT on how to resolve the complaint, following guidance set out in the document ‘Policy for dealing with complaints about schools’
